Home Subdivisions
There are over 90
active new home subdivisions in the Reno/Sparks area.
There are a couple that start out in the low $130,000 price range,
but most are in the higher $180,000+ range.
Everything from master planned
golf communities, gated communities, alpine forest, rural settings
and view lots can be found. Some of the local builders include:
Coleman Homes, Centex, Ryder, Lewis homes, and Nueffer.
Most of the new home subdivisions
do not list the homes on the multiple listing service computers
until the homes are almost sold out, but do offer discounts when
you use a buyers agent like me. If you would like some brochures
and/or pictures of some of the subdivisions, please send me an
e-mail. Make sure to include what type of setting your looking
for (golf, view, rural, patio, condo, etc.) and I will send you
information on subdivisions that fit your criteria. And don't
forget that we commonly represent buyers looking to buy into new
homes, and will get them the best price & terms. Some of the
new home sales contracts offered by the subdivisions do not offer
their buyer(s) much protection, choice, or power. A good buyer's
agent will modify the contract to give the power to the buyer
- not the seller
